2. Virtual Consultations

• Consultations are provided via secure video conferencing platforms
• All sessions are conducted in compliance with applicable state and federal telehealth regulations
• Appropriate conditions for virtual consultation will be determined at provider's discretion

3. Appointments & Payments

• Full payment is required at time of booking
• Cancellation requires 24 hours notice for full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit payment
• Rescheduling available subject to availability

4. Prescriptions & Referrals

• Prescriptions issued at provider's medical discretion
• Controlled substances follow DEA telehealth prescribing guidelines
• Referrals provided when clinically indicated

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All consultations protected under HIPAA regulations
• Secure platforms used for all communications
• Patient information never shared without consent
