24-Hour Cancellation Window: Full refunds available if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultations already completed
  • Prescriptions already issued and sent to pharmacy
  • Digital prescriptions or referral letters provided
  • Administrative services (record requests, forms completion)
  • Cancellations due to patient technical issues

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Returned to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear
  • Processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable
  • Refund confirmation sent via email

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via email or phone with appointment details
  2. Provide booking confirmation number
  3. State reason for cancellation request
  4. Refund eligibility determined within 24 hours

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling permitted once per appointment with 24+ hours notice. Additional rescheduling treated as new booking with standard refund policy.

  • Provider illness/emergency: Full refund or reschedule offered
  • Technical failures on provider end: Full refund or reschedule
  • Patient medical emergencies: Case-by-case consideration
