Non-Refundable Services
- Consultations already completed
- Prescriptions already issued and sent to pharmacy
- Digital prescriptions or referral letters provided
- Administrative services (record requests, forms completion)
- Cancellations due to patient technical issues
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Returned to original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear
- Processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable
- Refund confirmation sent via email

Rescheduling Policy
